Knee Braces for Instability or Tendonitis

4/3/2020

Different types of knee braces are recommended for different purposes.  When recovering from a knee injury or after a knee surgery it is possible to have some instability and/or tendonitis in the knee.  To help with recovery, a knee brace may be recommenced.  The knee brace that tends to be most effective is one with hinges on both sides to contribute stability.  A knee sleeve alone can be helpful for swelling or to protect the skin from another brace but the hinged brace provides a higher level of stability during this time.  As always, please confirm your size with the provided charts on amazon before ordering.
